SUMMARY:Free RVS Intro to Crochet Event
DESCRIPTION:Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) Forth Valley’s “First Time for Everything” Project is holding a free Intro to Crochet event on Monday 4th July\, 1pm – 3:30pm at Coorie Creative Makers Ltd\, Marches Mall\, Thistles Shopping Centre\, Goosecroft Road\, Stirling\, FK8 2EA. \nThe event will be led by Alison Mayne\, Knit\, Crochet & Spin Tutor at Coorie Creative\, and attendees can make their own crochet square coaster to keep\, or contribute to a group bunting creation. All participants will go home with yarn\, and their own crochet hook to continue creating at home. \nThe First Time for Everything Project is a collaborative between RVS and the People’s Postcode Lottery\, providing people with opportunities to try something new for free in their local community\, and is aimed particularly at those aged 55 years old and over\, or who have underlying health conditions.
