DESCRIPTION:Following our previous conferences\, Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE)\, CVS Falkirk and Clackmannanshire TSI (CTSI) are delighted to announce that we will be holding our third annual Forth Valley Third Sector Conference on Tuesday 12th May at the brand new Barracks Conference Centre in Stirling\, and booking is now open via Eventbrite! \nOur theme this year is “Investing in Your Place: People\, Place\, Participation”\, reflecting our commitment as Third Sector Interfaces to helping community groups\, charities\, voluntary organisations and social enterprises throughout the Forth Valley area continue to thrive and learn by making the most of their own communities. \n\n(Image caption: promotional banner for the Forth Valley Third Sector Conference 2020\, featuring the date\, the venue\, and artwork of landmarks from each of the 3 Forth Valley areas.) \nOur keynote speakers will be Aileen Campbell\, MSP\, Cabinet Secretary for Communities and Local Government\, and Kenneth Ferguson\, Director of the Robertson Trust. \nThere will be 6 workshops from facilitators who work across the local and national landscape; each workshop will run twice during the conference\, at 10am and 11:20am. Attendees will be asked to select their 2 workshops when booking their tickets. \nPlaces are £18 each\, covering the cost of lunch and refreshments\, with early bird tickets of £15 available until the end of February.
