SUMMARY:Forth Valley Flyers Taster Session
DESCRIPTION:Forth Valley Flyers – our 2022 Volunteer-Involving Organisation of the Year! – are holding their annual track and field championships on Sunday 10th July\, 10am – 2:30pm at Grangemouth Stadium\, Kersiebank Avenue\, Grangemouth\, FK3 0BS. They will then have a taster session for new members with a physical disability\, who are interested in joining and becoming members\, from 2:30pm. \nDuring the taster session\, new athletes can come and see\, or try\, the Flyers’ equipment\, which includes racing wheelchairs\, running frames\, throwing chairs\, amongst others. They can also talk to current athletes and coaches to see what suits them best. \nThey would also welcome volunteers to help at either\, or both events. Lunch will be provided to volunteers\, including home baking. \nFor further information\, including how to get involved as a volunteer or athlete\, please visit the Forth Valley Flyers website.
