SUMMARY:Falkirk More Than Fibro Peer Support Group Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Falkirk’s More Than Fibro Peer Support Group is now meeting again after the holiday break\, with their next face to face group taking place on Tuesday 23rd January\, 11am – 12:30pm in the Community Room of Morrisons supermarket\, Hope Street\, Falkirk\, FK1 5BU. \nMore Than Fibro offers support to people living locally with fibromyalgia. The Falkirk group takes place every second Tuesday\, with some sessions featuring speakers\, workshops\, activities or relaxation techniques. Other sessions are based around “a simple cuppa and chat”\, providing space for those with fibromyalgia to talk to others who understand their experiences. \nRefreshments are provided\, and there is no need to attend every week\, or for the full session.
