SUMMARY:Falkirk HSCP Strategic Commissioning Event
DESCRIPTION:Supported by the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE)\, CVS Falkirk and the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) are holding a Strategic Commissioning event on Tuesday 22nd August. \nThe full day event will be held at Carronvale House\, Carronvale Road\, Larbert\, FK5 3LH\, with registration opening at 9am.  Lunch will be provided. \nThis event offers Falkirk third sector organisations an opportunity to come together and be involved at the start of the process of co-production service design in the Falkirk area. \nOrganisations will learn what Strategic Commissioning is and why it is important\, how it works and why it is being used in Falkirk. \nThere will be space to review local need and priorities\, considering the ways these can be addressed\, along with the chance to hear from organisations who have been through the process in other areas.  They will be talking about what worked for them and what didn’t\, and how they overcame these issues. \nThe event is free\, but places are limited\, and should be booked via Eventbrite as soon as possible.  The deadline for bookings is 11:59pm on Sunday 20th August. \nTo book your place\, please visit the Eventbrite page. \nWe ask that you please inform us of any dietary requirements you may have by contacting Laura Jamieson by email: laura@cvsfalkirk.org.uk \nAlternatively\, for further information\, contact Laura Jamieson at the email address above.
