Falkirk District Older People’s Network: March 2026 Meeting

CVS Falkirk & District invites people to the next Falkirk District Older People’s Network (OPN) meeting, taking place on Thursday 5 March 2026, 10am – 12pm at 1st Falkirk Scout Hall.

We are delighted to welcome Doug Anthoney, Health and Wellbeing Manager at Age Scotland, who will lead on an interactive session exploring how community groups and services can encourage and support older people to stay healthy and active. Doug will also introduce Age Scotland’s free Health and Wellbeing resources for groups and services, including “Body Boosting Bingo”, and “Take Five to Age Well”.

This meeting will also include the Falkirk OPN Annual General Meeting (AGM), led by network co-chairs, David Paterson (NHS Retirement Fellowship) and John McGhee (Scottish Seniors Computer Club – Falkirk). Meeting attendees will be able to find out more about OPN membership, and how to get involved.

There will also be time for member updates and networking.
