SUMMARY:DTAS Facilities Management Workshop (Day One)
DESCRIPTION:Development Trust Association Scotland (DTAS) will be running a 2 day workshop to provide a practical overview of Facilities Management (FM): \n\nDay one: Friday 13 June 2025\, covering: the role of FM\, FM strategy\, managing buildings\, financial management\, service improvement\, and service delivery\nDay two: Friday 20 June 2025\, covering: Health & Safety\, contract management\, managing projects and change\, sustainability\, and customer service\n\nThe workshop will run 9:30am – 4pm on both days\, and aims to provide guidance\, resources\, tools and tips to help attendees in their roles; places cost is £50 each (this price covers both days). \nThe workshop will be delivered by external consultant Beth Goodyear (with over 24 years of experience managing buildings and teams)\, and is designed for anyone working in an operational role with facilities management responsibilities.
