DESCRIPTION:Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership’s (HSCP) Joint Dementia Initiative (a project with NHS Forth Valley\, Age Scotland and Alzheimer Scotland) is holding a Dementia Friendly Community Event next Tuesday 5th September\, 3:30pm – 4:30pm at Denny Library\, Davies Row\, Denny\, FK6 6FA. \nThe event aims to raise awareness of dementia in the Denny community\, and the resources to support people.
