DESCRIPTION:Falkirk and District Association for Mental Health (FDAMH) are holding COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills training courses during August in Falkirk\, with the weekend course starting on Saturday 18th August\, 10am – 5pm at FDAMH\, 173 Victoria Road\, Falkirk\, FK2 7AU\, lsting for 4 months and finishing in December 2018. \nThe course is for anybody who wants to improve their understanding of other people as well as themselves\, whether they are a professional or volunteer\, a carer or helper\, a sales person\, a parent\, a manager or someone wishing to pursue career development. Places cost £1000 each. \nAttendees will develop a better understanding of: \n\nhow to support others by developing practical listening skills\nthe study of use of body language\, and speaking effectively while others listen\nhow to increase their self-awareness\nhow to build relationships with others\nthe concepts of counselling and counselling skills\nethics and how to listen to and support others\n\nTo book your place\, please visit the FDAMH website.
