DESCRIPTION:Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) have joined the Community Led Support Programme\, and in partnership with the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTI) are holding a series of local events on community led support: \n\nWednesday 19th June in Bo’ness\, 12:30pm – 2:30pm and 4:30pm – 6:30pm at Bo’ness Library\, Scotland’s Close\, Bo’ness\, EH51 0AH\nThursday 20th June in Camelon\, 3pm – 5pm in the Scotia Room of Camelon Community Education Centre\, Abercrombie Street\, Camelon\, FK1 4HA\nThursday 20th June in Denny\, 6pm – 8pm at Denny Library\, Davies Row\, Denny\, FK6 6FA\n\nThe Community Led Support Program is aimed at supporting local initiatives through a range of different ways. \nThe events will provide information on the background and principles of community led support\, with examples of what has worked in different areas across Scotland\, and how this can be applied to initiatives in the Falkirk area. \nThe focus will be on what the local community believes is needed in their area\, and how to continue the work already being done\, while sharing this information with and feeding into strategic plans across different organisations. \nFalkirk HSCP and NDTI are keen to hear from the third sector and individuals at these events\, and encourage everyone interested to attend their local date. \nFor further information\, contact Alastair Minty by phone: 07388397074\, or email: Alastair.Minty@ndti.org.uk
