SUMMARY:Community Land Ownership Electric Roadshow: Forth Valley
DESCRIPTION:Later this month\, Community Land Scotland\, in partnership with the Scottish Land Fund\, is holding 4 information sessions looking at the practicalities and benefits of community ownership of land and buildings. \nThe Forth Valley session will take place on Tuesday 27th February\, 6pm – 8pm at Creative Stirling\, 44 King Street\, Stirling\, FK8 1AY. The sessions have been designed to provide communities with an overview of community ownership\, including: \n\nan introduction to community landownership: how can it help your community? How do you start? Who can help?\ninformation about communities’ rights to register interest in land or buildings\nan overview of the support available\ninspiring community ownership stories\n\nFollowing a some short presentations\, there will be time to ask questions\, and to meet with representatives from the Community Land Team\, the Scottish Land Fund and Community Land Scotland. \nOther dates currently include Monday 26th February in Angus\, Wednesday 28th February in Dundee\, and Thursday 29th February in Aberdeen.
