DESCRIPTION:Challenge Poverty Week (CPW) 2020 takes place Monday 5th October – Sunday 11th October. \nTo help organisations get involved\, the Poverty Alliance has created a series of resources which can be used when planning and promoting activities: \n\nMedia Promotion: the Poverty Alliance can promote activities and events to the media on behalf of organisations\, by including them in their CPW media and communications briefing\n\nthe deadline for submissions is Monday 24th August\nto include your information in the briefing\, contact Suzi Murning at the email address below\n\n\n“Get Involved” Meeting: taking place on Thursday 27th August from 10am via Zoom; everyone is welcome to attend\n\nto book your place\, visit the Zoom booking page\n\n\nOnline Calendar: groups can add their CPW activities and events (physical and online) to the CPW calendar; entries will be promoted by the Poverty Alliance through social media\n121s: those who aren’t sure bout what to do for CPW\, or would like to talk through their plans in a “121” setting\, can get in touch with Suzi Murning at the email address below\nToolkit: available to view or download as a pdf\, this year’s CPW toolkit contains ideas on how to get involved\, as well as links to further resources\nPersonalised Graphics: the Poverty Alliance has created 2 graphics (one and two) which can be used on social media; these can also be edited through the Poverty Alliance’s Canva account to include your own logo and details; Canva login details can be requested from Suzi Murning at the email address below\n\nThe Poverty Alliance and CPW are also on social media and other online platforms: \n\nPoverty Alliance website\nPoverty Alliance Twitter\nChallenge Poverty website\nCPW Twitter\nCPW newsletter signup form\n\nFor further information on any of the above\, to submit information for the press briefing\, or for the Canva login details\, please contact Suzi Murning by email: suzi.murning@povertyalliance.org
