SUMMARY:Carers Centre Information Afternoon for Professionals
DESCRIPTION:Falkirk and Clackmannanshire Carers Centre is bringing back their Care with Confidence sessions\, and Information Afternoons for Professionals\, with dates announced through to March\, including their Information Afternoons for Professionals. \nHeld via Zoom and in-person at the Carers Centre\, 1A Bank Street\, Falkirk\, FK1 1NB\, these sessions take place on the dates below. \n\nWednesday 18th January\, 2pm – 4:30pm\nWednesday 15th February\, 2pm – 4:30pm\nWednesday 22nd March\, 2pm – 4:30pm\n\nAlso taking place in-person at the Carers Centre in Falkirk\, and via Zoom\, the sessions cover some of the aims of the online (Turas) EPiC Training programme and National Occupational Standards as outlined in the Competency Framework for health and social care staff. \nSessions are open to professionals looking to learn more about carers\, the Carers Centre and their work\, and the support available for carers (including how carers can access an Adult Carer Support Plan or a Young Carers Statement).
