DESCRIPTION:The next “Care with Confidence” sessions from Falkirk and Clackmannanshire Carers Centre will take place: \n\n“Solo/Adaptive Cycling Taster Session” at Falkirk Stadium on Thursday 19th August (outdoors)\n“Bread Making – Pizza” at Talbot House\, Grangemouth\, on Wednesday 25th August (indoors\, socially distanced)\n“Saving Water (In Scotland? …Really?)” with Home Energy Scotland and Scottish Water at Talbot House\, Thursday 2nd September (indoors\, socially distanced; booking required)\n\nAs before\, sessions are 10:30am – 12:30pm. \nThe new programme offers a variety of activities which aims to facilitate a move towards face to face contact\, building confidence to do so safely as possible. Some activities will take place on Zoom\, outside or a blend of outside and indoors\, and eventually\, indoors – however\, if people don’t feel safe joining sessions indoors\, they can always continue to join via Zoom. \nThe Carers Centre will ensure all sessions follow the latest COVID-19 guidance\, whatever the setting. \nDetails of the sessions are available in the programme\, available to view or download as a pdf (linked for your convenience).
