Business Development Workshop: Negotiation Techniques for Beginners

Just Enterprise are holding a free business development workshop, “Negotiation Techniques for Beginners”, on Wednesday 8^th November, 9:30am – 4pm at the CVS Falkirk office, Unit 6, Callendar Business Park, Callendar Road, Falkirk, FK1 1XR.

This workshop is designed for member and third sector staff responsible for obtaining resources from board members, or who negotiate agreements which affect the bottom line, and will cover the following key areas:

• defining the Negotiation Environment
• negotiating styles and dealing with tough negotiators
• body language and how to read it
• the stages of negotiation
• conflict resolution and overcoming deadlock

The aim of the workshop is to help develop an increased understanding of the negotiation process, which will ensure a more structured approach to business meetings, enable participants to take control and engineer more profitable outcomes.
