SUMMARY:Braveheart Walk Leader Training
DESCRIPTION:Braveheart will be delivering walk leader training from Paths for All for volunteers on Tuesday 5th October\, via Zoom. \nWalking groups help people build social connections and provides benefits for both mental and physical health. \nWalk leaders only need to commit one hour per week to leading a group on walks in the Falkirk and Clackmannanshire areas.
