DESCRIPTION:The Braveheart Association are hosting a health and wellbeing event on Wednesday 23rd January\, 10am – 3pm at the Kersiebank Community Project\, Oxgang Road\, Grangemouth\, FK3 9EF. The event is free to attend\, and open to everyone in the Falkirk district. \nThere will be workshops\, giveaways\, stalls and information\, along with taster activities including hand massages and a community meal. \nBraveheart aims to motivate and support individuals to make positive health behavioural changes\, which they will be looking to do as part of this event. \nFor further information\, please visit the Braveheart website.
