DESCRIPTION:Braveheart is holding an event to open their new Community Health Hub\, followed by their 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 23rd October from 12pm in the Howgate Shopping Centre\, High Street\, Falkirk\, FK1 1HG. \nThe Provost will be in attendance from 2pm to launch the new Braveheart Connections initiative.
