DESCRIPTION:As part of their commitment to continue to support people with disabilities in their own communities\, Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is co-ordinating the “Believe and Achieve: Ability Roadshow” on Monday 23rd April\, 12:30pm – 5pm at Grangemouth Town Hall\, 27 Bo’ness Road\, Grangemouth\, FK3 8AN. \nThis drop-in session provides an opportunity for anyone to find out more about activities and support available in the Falkirk area that they\, or someone they know\, can take part in. There will be representatives from a variety of organisations to talk to about what they can offer in terms of advice\, information and contact details for services which range from leisure\, employment and welfare. \nTeas\, coffees and light refreshments will be available in the bar area. \nThere is disabled access into Grangemouth Town Hall\, and parking available in the Asda car park situated just behind the Town Hall. \nFor further information\, please visit the Falkirk Council website.
