DESCRIPTION:NHS Forth Valley has announced the next dates for their “Ask\, Tell” Mental Health Improvement and Suicide Prevention workshops throughout the rest of the year\, taking place: \n\nWednesday 31st August\, Wednesday 7th September\, and Wednesday 14th September\, 11am – 12pm\nMonday 31st October\, Monday 7th November\, and Monday 14th November\, 3pm – 4pm\nThursday 24th November\, Thursday 1st December\, Thursday 8th December\, 10am – 11am\n\nThe workshops are designed for people with no previous training in mental health and suicide prevention\, exploring how to promote good mental health\, with practical advice about how to approach and have compassionate conversations with people experiencing mental distress or feeling suicidal\, and when to provide immediate help and support. \nTo book your place\, or for all enquiries\, please complete the Booking Enquiry Form on the NHS Forth Valley website.
