SUMMARY:Alzheimer Scotland Forget Me Not Appeal
DESCRIPTION:Alzheimer Scotland is teaming up with Morrisons supermarkets in a nationwide fundraising appeal\, running Monday 15th May – Sunday 21st May. They are looking for volunteers to get involved. \nVolunteers will collect donations from the public in Morrisons’ 62 Scottish stores\, and promote the Alzheimer Scotland purple badges (available with donation). Customers can also donate at the till\, and Morrisons teams will be taking part in different fundraising events during the week. \nAlzheimer Scotland is looking for enthusiastic\, approachable volunteers to support the appeal week with as little as a few hours. This specific opportunity has been designed to fit those who would like to volunteer\, but is unable to commit to regular hours\, and no experience is required. \nVolunteers will receive a full briefing in advance\, and will not have to handle money directly\, as donations will be counted and banked by Morrisons teams members. \nTo get involved with this opportunity\, or for further information\, please visit the Alzheimer Scotland website (linked for your convenience) and register your details; a member of the Alzheimer Scotland team will then be in touch.
