DESCRIPTION:Disability Equality Scotland is working in partnership with the Scottish Ambulance Service to host an Access to Patient Transport event on Monday 4th November\, 11am – 2pm at the Falkirk Ambulance Station\, Grangemouth Road\, Falkirk\, FK2 9AA. \nThe aim of this event is to bring together those with disabilities and representatives from the Scottish Ambulance Service to discuss patient transport. \nThe Scottish Ambulance Service will provide an overview of patient transport services\, which will be followed by group discussions covering various topics\, including: \n\nbooking and eligibility criteria\ntransporting wheelchairs\, or travelling with carers\ntransport in rural areas\ndelays and cancellations\n\nTo book your place\, or for further information\, please visit the Eventbrite page.
