SUMMARY:2025 Voluntary Sector Workforce Survey Deadline
DESCRIPTION:The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) has launched its 2025 Voluntary Sector Workforce Survey. \nThe aim is to better understand how people across the sector (volunteers\, staff\, managers\, and senior leaders) feel about their roles (both paid work and volunteering)\, and how they can be better supported. The main areas the survey covers are: \n\njob and volunteering satisfaction\nhealth and wellbeing\nhybrid and home working\ndiversity and inclusion\npay and benefits\nmanagement and leadership\nskills and career progression\nyour future plans\n\nSCVO (including their Goodmoves and HR teams) plans to use the survey findings to strengthen routes into and through the voluntary sector\, and explore how employers might improve the working environment for staff and volunteers. The findings will be shared widely\, including with third sector employers and volunteering organisations to help them attract and retain motivated and skilled staff. \nThe survey is anonymous\, and should take between 10 – 25 minutes to complete\, closing to new responses on Friday 8 August 2025. \nTo submit your response\, or for further information\, please visit the online survey (linked for your convenience). \nAlternatively\, for further information\, view the TFN news announcement in full.
