Dechomai Ltd is a social enterprise dedicated to helping empower Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) women with leadership and enterprise skills, run by hospitality industry project mangers and product developers.

They are offering free enterprise courses to BME women who would like to learn more about entrepreneurship and how to lead their idea or business to success.

Funded by the Royal Bank of Scotland, these courses have been designed to develop entrepreneurial skills and mindset, as well as delivering key insights on how attendees can grow their start-ups and reach their entrepreneurial goals.

Aurora course: designed for anyone looking to build their entrepreneurial mindset, gain a better understanding of business as a whole, and how to develop their idea into a venture
Arise course: for new businesses looking to learn how to build their financial portfolio and grow their business strategy
