NHS Forth Valley has made the Daylight app available and FREE for everyone across Forth Valley.
Daylight provides help to people experiencing symptoms of worry and anxiety, using an evidenced-based digital therapy programme, targeted towards those experiencing these feelings.
The app will guide people through exercises to tackle their worries and feelings, and address their fears so they feel more in control.
NHS and social care staff already have free access to Daylight; in partnership with Scottish Government, NHS Forth Valley is one of the first health boards in Scotland to extend this to the public.
Daylight is available to everyone over 18 years old, and can be accessed directly on a web-based or mobile device (including smartphones and desktop computers). People create their own user name and password so no one can access any of their details, and all data is stored in an encrypted database. No referrals are needed.
