Cyrenians are currently recruiting a Service Manager for their Falkirk Criminal Justice Services.
The position is for 25 hours per week (over a minimum of 4 days), with a salary of £28,400 – £32,363 per annum (pro rata), plus pension, and is based in Falkirk.
Cyrenians strongly believe in addressing the disadvantage and stigma faced by those who have experience of the Criminal Justice System. Their Falkirk Criminal Justice Services aim to turn this experience into opportunity by offering a range of initiatives which both support learning, and, where appropriate, make use of lived experience as a way of helping others on their journey.
Services include the delivery of a range of accredited qualifications for those who are involved in the criminal justice system and looking to move forward, peer support, and opportunities to engage in vocational training and work at the Walled Garden Project.
Applicants should have excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) enabling effectively engagement with people from a wide variety of backgrounds. These will also be necessary to produce reports for a range of audiences.
The successful candidate will be passionate about the work Cyrenians do, and have a creative approach to problem-solving.
