CVS Falkirk AGM 2019: Thank You!

Posted on November 21, 2019

The Board of Directors and staff team at CVS Falkirk would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended our AGM yesterday afternoon at St Francis Xavier’s Church Hall, including all our members, our guests and partners, and those who attended from community groups based across the Falkirk district.

celebration

(Image caption: a small child wearing a pink dress or tunic throwing their arms up in the air in celebration, with their head tipped back and a smile on their face, as colourful confetti falls around them.)

Special thanks also goes to the following people:

  • our speaker Kenny Gillespie, Falkirk Council’s Head of Housing and Communities, who talked about the future relationship between the Council and all Falkirk communities
  • Craig Clinton from our auditors at Dickson Middleton, who presented and answered questions on our 2018/19 accounts
  • Eddie at Marshall’s bakery in Falkirk, who organised the amazing pies, rolls and cakes for lunch

Thank you all for making our AGM such a wonderful event, and celebrating 35 years with us. We look forward to seeing you all again next year – or, as our CEO Jen Kerr said, “Here’s to 35 more years!”
