The Central Scotland Regional Equality Council (CSREC) is offering a regular programme of free activities to people from ethnic minority communities, who are experiencing reduced mental wellbeing, in the Falkirk, Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire areas.
The aim of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Project is to improve mental wellbeing within the Forth Valley ethnic minority communities, empowering people to use professional health services and breaking the stigma of mental health. Currently, CSREC is running mindfulness relaxation sessions fortnightly, and art-making sessions weekly from their office in the Howgate Shopping Centre, High Street, Falkirk, FK1 1HG, and they are happy to deliver activities across Forth Valley.
CSREC’s Mental Health & Wellbeing Brochure is available to view or download as a pdf (linked for your convenience), along with information on their online event calendar.
To register for any session, or for further information, please contact Iweta Baran by email: iweta.baran@csrec.org.uk
