The Central Scotland Regional Equality Council (CSREC), in partnership with Skills Development Scotland, are launching 2 new employment clubs in Stirling and Falkirk, beginning Monday 17th September and Tuesday 18th September respectively.
The clubs will run weekly for 12 weeks, and are aimed at those from ethnic minority communities, women, and people facing barriers to employment or training. Key topics will include:
- Modern Apprenticeships
- soft skills and interviews
- writing effective CVs
- site visits to local employers
- Skills Development Scotland
The Falkirk club will meet every Tuesday for 12 weeks from Tuesday 18th September until Tuesday 4th December, 9:30am – 12pm at the Community Education Centre, Park Street, Falkirk, FK1 1RE.
The Stirling club will meet every Monday for the same 12 weeks, from Monday 17th September until Monday 3rd December, 9:30am – 12pm at Stirling Community Enterprise, 146 Drip Road, Stirling, FK8 1RW.
Places at the clubs are limited, and booking is essential.
