The NHS Forth Valley Health Promotion Service has relaunched its COVID-19 Recovery Grants Scheme for 2021-22.
The fund aims to help local groups and organisations deliver innovative activities and programmes to help reduce health inequalities and improve mental health and wellbeing amongst those most disproportionately affected by COVID-19.
Grants of up to £500 are available to support groups in piloting new ideas and initiatives and adapting previous activities. Examples of activities carried out by groups and organisations who receiving funding from the last round are available on the NHS Forth Valley website (with a number of Falkirk groups having been successful in their application).
Applications are particularly welcomed from grassroot organisations working with ethnic minority communities, older people, people affected by mental health and health inequalities, substance use, homelessness or unemployment.
Applications will be considered every 2 weeks, and applicants will be informed of the outcome promptly.
To apply, or for further information, please visit the NHS Forth Valley website, or view or download the fund flyer as a pdf.
Alternatively, for further support on how to complete the application form, or whether your activity meets the eligibility criteria, please contact the team by email: fv.hpgrants@nhs.scot
