CVS Falkirk has 6 copies of the Wellbeing Game to lend to third sector organisations who work within the Falkirk Council area.
The Wellbeing Card Game is for anyone who works with children and young people, or who is interested in creating a service for children and young people. It can be used by a group of workers from the same organisation, or by a multi-agency team, to look at how the different roles contribute to providing support to children and young people. It can also be played with young people and their carers to discuss a support plan
Based around the 8 wellbeing indicators, no knowledge of the indicators or Getting It Right for Every Child (GIRFEC) is required to play the game, with players selecting the cards that best describe the support or activities that their organisation provides for children, young people and their families. The cards are designed to encourage discussion between colleagues during the game.
To arrange to borrow one of the Wellbeing Games, please contact David Gardener by phone: 01324 692010, or email: david@cvsfalkirk.org.uk
