- and are either
- households with children or where a child is normally resident

Organisations can apply for devices on behalf of people and families they support. Disadvantaged families with children and care experienced young people will be prioritised. Families and individuals will receive a device, 12 months unlimited data, and technical support to get online safely and securely.
