Scottish Government’s Community Capacity and Resilience Fund (CCRF) is now open for applications.
The fund aims to support local, community-based organisations with small grants of up to £8,000 to deliver activities helping mitigate the impact of welfare reform, promote social inclusion, combat inequality, and increase partnership working.
To be eligible, organisations must have had an income of less than £200,000 in their last financial year. Grants can be spent over 12 months, and applications will need to develop approaches ensuring continuity of provision and a blended approach to service delivery, due to COVID-19.
Applications should demonstrate:
- how they will help bring organisations together in partnership to support people
- how they will develop people’s ability to prevent themselves from reaching crisis point
- who will be supported by the activity
- what impact the activity will have on people locally, and on the way in which the organisation operates
As the fund is designed to support organisations where there currently isn’t the capacity or resources, it cannot fund any existing work, core costs or management fees.
The deadline for applications is 12pm on Friday 10th September.
