Coalfields Regeneration Trust are currently recruiting 2 Receptionists.
The positions are 20 hours a week, 9am – 1pm and 1pm – 5pm, with a salary off £21,525 (pro rata), based in Kincardine.
Applicants should have previous experience working on reception; as receptionist, they will be the ambassador of the company’s first impressions on the guests and visitors, as well as an administrative support to the team.
The successful candidates will perform various front desk and administration duties, including filing, handling and re-directing mail, processing invoices, answering phone calls in a polite manner, and forwarding calls to the respective departments, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. It will be the receptionists’ responsibility is to ensure that all visitors are warmly welcomed and are assisted with in a timely and professional manner.
