Civicos Training is holding their “Managing Mental Health Wellbeing in the Age of COVID” training course next Wednesday 27th October – Thursday 28th October, 9:30am – 12:30pm.
Civicos is a Community Interest Company (CIC), aiming to provide third sector organisations in Scotland with a trustworthy training and communications service, at the best possible value. Their pricing strategy is designed to keep their own costs as low as possible and passing on the cost savings to customers.

The course will cover “Mental Health Awareness” (including the impacts of COVID-19 and various lockdowns, both obvious and less visible), “Monitoring Your Own Mental Health”, “Tools and Tips for Beating Stress”, and “Lifestyle and Nutrition”, which includes temptations throughout the pandemic.
