Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) holds a free health walk in Denny every week, taking place from 10:30am each Wednesday, beginning from The Hope Hub, 80 Glasgow Road, Denny, FK6 6BA.
These health walks are short, social, accessible walks led by trained walk leaders. Benefits to taking part include boosting moods and helping improve health. There is no need to book, and the group is always open to new members; routes will be adapted to suit those attending on the day.
