Carer Positive is a free Scottish Government funded initiative run by Carers Scotland. The aim is to encourage Scottish employers to support their staff with caring responsibilities, and is delivered in the form of a multi-level award. Carers Scotland is calling on third sector groups and organisations to join the initiative, so that more carers (and they as employers) can enjoy the benefits of a caring and supportive workplace.
