The Make a Difference Awards are your chance to say thank you and recognise those who improve lives where you live.

The Active Award (New to 2025)
The Animal Award

The Fundraiser Award
The Community Group Award

To nominate for any of the above categories, please visit the BBC – Make a Difference Awards website. The closing date for nominations is 5pm, Monday 31 March 2025.

Shortlisted finalists will be notified from June 2025.

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges and the Make a Difference Award ceremonies are taking place across the UK in September 2025.
