Following on from our positive Funders Fayre event, we are holding Funding Surgeries at our offices in Callendar Business Park to offer support and guidance to groups and organisations looking to pursue funding and to support them in their next steps.

Voluntary Health Scotland (VHS) are looking for information on how the third sector involves volunteers in NHS settings in Scotland. They have created an online survey to collect data for their Clear Pathway project, which aims to support safe, effective and person-centred volunteering in NHS settings, with a focus on volunteers recruited and managed by third sector organisations.
Universal credit is replacing the support families receive to pay their child care costs through tax credits. Child Poverty Action Group in Scotland (CPAG), One Parent Families Scotland (OPFS) and the Scottish Childminding Association (SCMA) are hosting a seminar to discuss what this will mean for childcare services and the families who use them. The seminar will take place on Monday 27th March, 10am – 1pm.
