Action Earth has grants from £50 to £250 available for practical activities which involve volunteers in improving outdoor spaces or creating habitats for wildlife.
Groups volunteering on a Local Nature Reserve can apply for up to £500 for practical work, wildlife recording, or educational activities aimed at encouraging more people onto the reserve. Grants can be used to purchase plants, tools and materials or to cover volunteer expenses.
The Action Earth programme aims to empower people to take action and improve their local environment through volunteering.
