Paths for All have opened registration for their 2016 Step Count Challenge. The challenge begins on Monday 18th April for eight weeks.
The Step Count Challenge involves working as part of a team of five in the workplace to reach a particular step goal, and can help participants feel more alert and healthier, and lower stress levels. It can also help boost morale and encourage communication in the workplace.
