Brief description: Present interactive science experiments to students in high schools with the aim to enthuse and inspire the next generation of scientists.
Full description: We need people with a scientific background to come along to present our interactive physics experiments to 11-14 year old school pupils. You will receive full training beforehand. The aim is to inspire the children and to engage with them, showing how physics and science is involved in the world around them and how it can be used in their future lives and careers.
Skills Required: Must have done science at school up to higher level.
Minimum age: 17
Takes place: 1 full day.
No minimum committment.
Training and Support Manuals and information posted beforehand. Training given before the event. Supervisor on site to assist during the event.
