The 4 key areas we'll cover here are OSCR (office of the Scottish Charity Regulator - for all registered Scottish charities), Companies House (for all Scotland/UK registered companies), Disclosures/Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme (for ensuring suitability of staff or volunteers to work with protected/vulnerable people) and the Care Inspectorate.
