Moving Up is a £1.5million fund for projects that will improve opportunities to move up in the workplace for women, disabled people and people from BME communities by supporting individuals, engaging with employers to tackle workplace inequality, and sharing learning.

Maximum grant level is £1million but BIG anticipate average grant will be around £500,000.

There is a 2 stage application process, and BIG Lottery recommend that all applicants contact them to discuss their project ideas before making an application.

Deadline for stage one applications: 27 July 2012.
