Consultation Event on Support for Young People With Chronic Conditions

Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) and Young Scot are holding a consultation event on Thursday 21^st March, 10am – 2pm at the Link Academy, McKinven House, George Street, Falkirk, FK2 7EY.

Conditions like asthma require lifelong management, can be stigmatised and can affect how young people feel about the condition. The consultation aims to understand what services or support young people need when living with these conditions.

The event provides young people with the opportunity to be involved in a national activity, which they can add to their CV.

Lunch and travel expenses can be provided for all young people attending.
