Board and Staff Information

As a Company Limited by Guarantee and Registered Charity we are governed by a Board of Directors who are also Trustees of the Charity. We operate under our Memorandum and Articles of Association and we are a membership organisation. Membership is open to third sector organisations which operate within the Falkirk Council area and which are non-political and do not discriminate.

Members receive discounts on chargeable services (for example room hires, training courses, photocopying, independent examinations etc.) and have the ability to influence how the third sector interface for Falkirk is governed and operated. This is predominantly done through voting at general meetings, but particularly through nominating and voting for Directors/Trustees to join our Board. Membership is free of charge - to find out more visit our Membership page.
